Each subscription plan has limitations (number of monitors, check frequency, etc.). The user agrees to respect these limitations. MoniTao reserves the right to suspend accounts significantly exceeding quotas.
MoniTao strives to keep the service available 24/7. However, MoniTao does not guarantee 100% availability and cannot be held responsible for service interruptions.
MoniTao may perform maintenance operations that may result in temporary service unavailability. Where possible, users will be notified in advance of planned maintenance.
MoniTao reserves the right to evolve service features, add or remove them, subject to informing users.
In the course of using the service, MoniTao collects and processes the following data:

MoniTao provides a monitoring service and cannot be held responsible for undetected incidents, alert delays or consequences related to unavailability of your services.
MoniTao does not guarantee that the service will detect all incidents or that alerts will be delivered instantly.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. MoniTao does not guarantee that the service will meet the user's specific expectations.
MoniTao reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the service in case of:
The user may terminate their account at any time from their client area. Data will be deleted within 30 days following termination.
MoniTao reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is declared null, the other provisions shall remain in effect.
MoniTao's failure to exercise a right provided for in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
